Pete Andrew

Pete Andrew is a seasoned leader in the enterprise software industry, with a passion for people, performance, and purpose. As Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing at TechnologyOne, he brings more than 20 years of experience in enterprise software and a relentless focus on customer success.

Pete joined us in April 2025, following a successful tenure as Managing Director at Fair Consulting Group. Prior to this, he spent nearly two decades at SAP, holding senior leadership roles including Chief Operating Officer for SAP ANZ, and most recently, Head of Industries. There, he led high-performing sales teams to deliver annual growth in cloud bookings and helped drive total revenue performance.

Renowned for his people-first mindset, Pete is passionate about delivering business outcomes while keeping customer success at the centre of every decision. He excels at navigating complex stakeholder environments and building high-impact sales and marketing strategies that drive sustained growth.

A natural leader and coach, Pete has a proven track record in developing strong, diverse and resilient teams. He has designed and implemented leadership programs that empower people to thrive, consistently lifting capability and performance across the board.
