In this release

Our goal is to make every release more powerful, intuitive, and seamless. In 2026A, we’ve continued to refine our products, ensuring our customers benefit from a smarter, more connected enterprise experience.

This release marks a major step forward with the introduction of Plus and new AI-enabled capabilities across our product suite, delivering greater automation and simplicity than ever before.

Some of our key features of 2026A are:

ECM Natural Language Search

ECM Natural Language Search introduces a more intuitive and accessible way for users to find the information they need. Instead of building detailed search criteria, users can type questions or statements in plain English and ECM automatically converts them into structured search rules.

This reduces the time spent locating documents, increases accuracy in large repositories, and makes searching enterprise content more approachable for staff who do not regularly work with advanced filters.

Enterprise Content Management

Intelligent Field Defect Capture

Intelligent Field Defect Capture uses AI to transform how field workers record issues in the community. Workers need only take a photo of the defect, and the system then automatically analyses the image, identifies the type of defect, and links it to the correct asset.

By removing the need for manual classification, this enhancement reduces errors and ensures consistent, high-quality defect data for maintenance teams. The end result for councils is stronger planning decisions and more timely responses.

Enterprise Asset Management

AI-powered Policy Configuration Tool

The AI-powered Policy Configuration Tool significantly reduces the effort required to establish and maintain assessment rules within Property & Rating. The tool imports planning scheme documents and uses AI to propose links between clauses, compliance activities and affectations, keeping staff in control while automating the most repetitive steps.

Strategic planners can validate and refine suggestions rather than manually mapping each rule, improving both accuracy and consistency across technical assessments.

Property & Rating

DA Eligibility Checker

The DA Eligibility Checker gives residents a clear and reliable way to understand whether their project needs a development application before they begin. By entering an address, users can view the planning zones, overlays and rules that apply to a property, helping them identify if their proposal is exempt, compliant, or requires further assessment.

By giving users immediate access to relevant planning information, the tool guides residents toward the right next step and supports more accurate, consistent lodgements.

DxP Local Government

InvoiceIQ (Supplier Invoice Scanning)

InvoiceIQ streamlines invoice processing with AI-driven scanning that extracts key information from incoming supplier invoices and routes it directly into Accounts Payable Automation. The landing page allows staff to review, correct, and accept extracted invoices with a clear view of the original document and bounding boxes that highlight captured data.

This reduces manual entry, improves accuracy and supports straight-through processing for organisations looking to modernise their AP operations.

Financials

Advanced EB Predictive Budgeting

Advanced EB Predictive Budgeting uses AI to analyse historical financial data and generate real-time budget predictions that respond quickly to changing conditions. Users can tailor the forecasting model by selecting data ranges and choosing from statistical or AI-powered algorithms to suit their organisation’s planning style.

By eliminating manual recalculations and providing immediate insight into expected outcomes, budgeting teams can model scenarios with more confidence and make decisions based on accurate forward projections.

Enhanced Request Tracking Security
Strengthen request tracking with longer reference numbers and optional CAPTCHA. The additional controls protect against misuse and improve the reliability of public tracking.

Infringement Fee Calculations by Offence Date
When raising a backdated infringement, calculate the fee using the rate that applied on the offence date. This provides accurate charging and avoids manual recalculation for past periods.

Infringement Offence Selection Display
Show the Act and section in the advanced picklist during offence selection. Officers can confirm the correct offence faster and reduce selection errors.

Multi-Owner Property and Land Project Enhancements
Support boundary realignments and subdivision projects involving multiple owners with dedicated project types. Purpose-built workflows reduce manual coordination and help officers progress common scenarios efficiently.

Alternative Address Property Search
Search for a property using its saved alternative address across enquiries and picklists. Staff can find the correct record quickly, even when residents provide a commonly used alternate address.

UK Sourcing Reporting
UK Sourcing Reporting supports compliance with the UK Procurement Act by publishing sourcing notices directly to the Find a Tender Service. This enhancement removes the need for a separate eSender facility and provides a simpler, integrated way for councils and public bodies to meet mandated reporting obligations.
