Aussie athlete fundThe Aussie Athlete Fund (AAF) is proud to announce TechnologyOne will host the 2025 AAF Athlete Fundraising Summit, on Friday, 1 August at TechnologyOne’s Brisbane headquarters.

In addition, TechnologyOne will gift 10 laptops to emerging athletes every year, equipping them with critical technology to power their training, education, and career development, helping Australia’s sporting talent succeed.

The Summit, free for athletes to attend, equips emerging and elite Australian athletes with the skills to build self-sustaining careers — both during and beyond their sporting journeys. Hosted by five-time Olympian and AAF Founder Natalie Cook OAM OLY, the event reflects the Fund’s broader mission to create a sustainable athlete economy.

Athletes from across the country — including participants in AAF’s 2025 $1 Million Challenge and competitors in sports recognised by the Australian Sports Commission — will gain access to expert-led panels, interactive workshops, personal branding sessions, and content creation opportunities.

TechnologyOne recognises the importance of helping athletes create compelling content for sponsorship, media, and career opportunities, also providing professional headshots and video interview recordings.

TechnologyOne CEO Ed Chung, “Supporting homegrown talent and investing in the success of our athletes - and our nation - is fundamental. As a proud Australian-made company, we’re backing Australian athletes of the future. We’re excited to partner with the Aussie Athlete Fund to empower the next generation. Our Brisbane HQ was designed for innovation and collaboration — and we’re proud to host a Summit that helps unlock new opportunities and build sustainable careers.”

Five-time Olympian and AAF Founder Nat Cook OAM OLY said, “We’re building more than just a one-day event - we’re building a movement of athletes, empowered to take control of their own financial wellbeing, to power their sporting dreams. TechnologyOne has come on board not just a venue partner, they’re a true supporter of athlete development — providing the content, technology and an inspiring environment to help athletes build their brand and future.”

The second annual 2025 AAF Athlete Fundraising Summit continues to grow in impact and relevance, aligning sport, business, and purpose to foster a more sustainable future for athletes.
