City of Launceston strengthens customer services and security
The City of Launceston is moving its on-premise IT infrastructure to TechnologyOne's Software as a Service (SaaS) to increase resilience, strengthen cybersecurity, and improve services for its 72,000 residents.
The Council's renewed partnership with the Australian software provider will leverage TechnologyOne’s market leading SaaS+ delivery model to fast-track the reimplementation of its SaaS-enabled OneCouncil solution.
SaaS+ helps councils realise the benefits of new technology faster through a commercial model that removes traditional upfront implementation fees and reduces the risk of time and cost blowouts that often undermine digital transformation.
TechnologyOne’s OneCouncil gives staff access to a fully integrated enterprise solution that stays up to date, works anywhere, and comes with guaranteed service levels. It positions the City of Launceston to adapt quickly to evolving compliance requirements and rising community expectations.
