Demand for TechnologyOne Plus surges across regulated industries

TechnologyOne's agentic AI-powered digital coworker, Plus, is gaining momentum across Australia's regulated industries, with leading aged care, community services and not-for-profit organisations adopting it to boost productivity and unlock the value of enterprise data.

The momentum reflects growing demand for AI that delivers immediate value within core business systems.

As part of TechnologyOne's fifth-generation AI ERP platform, Plus enables employees to interact with business data using natural language, reducing reliance on traditional reports and dashboards while maintaining enterprise-grade security and governance.

Recent organisations taking on Plus include AnglicareSA one of South Australia's largest community and social services organisations.

Southern Cross Care is deploying Plus to streamline access to information and support frontline teams across its leading Australian aged care operations.

Lutheran Services is embracing TechnologyOne’s Plus, AI and automation to improve efficiency, enhance operational effectiveness, and better support their staff, residents, and clients.

PCYC Queensland has also expanded its long-standing partnership, adding Plus alongside its existing solutions including supply chain, HR, contracts, payroll, financials and corporate performance management.
