Maroondah City Council is already reaping the benefits of Australian Made innovation, replacing one of its outdated IT systems and providing the vital tools and capabilities to maximise investment in just nine months.

Facing the increasing challenges of supporting their existing numerous standalone applications, Maroondah City Council engaged local Software as a Service (SaaS) provider TechnologyOne to take advantage of its unique SaaS+ delivery model.

Phase 1 of the sweeping transformation delivered keystone products from TechnologyOne’s SaaS-enabled OneCouncil solution, establishing a single source of truth for all financial data and provided the scalability to ensure the council remains financially sustainable and adaptable to evolving technology innovations over the next decade.

Phase 2 will deliver even greater financial control, with each new product added to OneCouncil developed to integrate seamlessly with the solution, allowing Council to draw value from data while minimising the burden of data maintenance.
