NSW Councils Accelerate Digital Transformation as OneCouncil Momentum Surges

New South Wales councils are rapidly modernising their operations as adoption of TechnologyOne’s OneCouncil SaaS solution accelerates across the state, with Sutherland Shire Council and City of Newcastle among the latest to realise major transformation milestones.

This marks a major step in Newcastle’s longterm transformation strategy, replacing fragmented legacy systems with OneCouncil - a unified platform built for accuracy, automation and better service delivery.

Meanwhile, Sutherland Shire Council, one of NSW’s largest and most active metropolitan councils, continues to advance its transformation with OneCouncil - improving operational performance, strengthening governance and reducing the cost and risk associated with maintaining ageing, on premise systems.

Across NSW, councils adopting OneCouncil are realising measurable benefits, including:
