TechnologyOne was named Queensland Corporate Philanthropist of the Year at the Queensland Philanthropy Awards 2026, which recognises outstanding contributions to charity and community service across the state.
Nominated by the Salvation Army, and sponsored by QIC, the award recognises TechnologyOne’s long-standing commitment to philanthropy and community impact. For over 24 years, TechnologyOne has supported Queensland communities through partnerships, fundraising, volunteering, and technology initiatives, including contributing over $1 million to The Salvation Army’s frontline services and community programs.
At the heart of this commitment is the TechnologyOne Foundation, established in 2016 to embed giving back and volunteering as part of the company culture. Through its 1% Pledge, 1% of profit, product, and employee time is committed to community impact. The company supports a broad range of Queensland charities and global initiatives, delivering meaningful impact across education, poverty reduction, and community wellbeing.
In 2025, this included $1.1 million in direct donations and $107,664 raised by employees, plus $1.2 million in product discounts providing not-for-profit organisations with enterprise software to strengthen capability.
The TechnologyOne Foundation focuses on empowering disadvantaged young people and driving measurable change locally and globally, with an ambition to lift 500,000 children and their facilities out of the cycle of poverty by 2032.
Danielle Windle, Executive Vice President People & Culture, said, “At TechnologyOne, philanthropy is not something we simply do, it is part of our DNA. It is reflected in the way our people act, give back, and support the communities we serve every day. Through our technology, we help organisations focus on delivering better outcomes for the people they serve, while we take care of the technology that enables it.”
“Our people dedicate thousands of volunteer hours each year, build long-term partnerships with incredible community organisations, and provide technology and support to help not-for-profits focus on what matters most, changing lives,” she said.
TechnologyOne is committed to creating stronger communities and helping organisations deliver better outcomes for the people they support.
