TechnologyOne champions women in STEM at Vogue Codes 2026

TechnologyOne returned as a Support Partner of Vogue Codes for a second year, reinforcing its long-standing commitment to building a more equitable and inclusive technology industry. This reflects the company’s purpose-led approach to innovation, championing diverse talent and inspiring women to pursue careers in technology.

Under the theme Optimism in Motion: Acting now to shape the future, the 11th annual Vogue Codes Summit in Sydney brought together digital innovators and industry leaders to examine how emerging technologies are reshaping opportunities for women. As Australia’s largest enterprise Software as a Service company and ASX100 technology leader, TechnologyOne brought both scale and conviction, demonstrating that championing women in technology is central to who we are.

TechnologyOne sees AI transforming the future of work, where technology enables performance and people to create meaningful outcomes. Danielle Windle, Executive Vice President People & Culture at TechnologyOne joined the Jobs of the Future panel, sharing how organisations can enable women to thrive, grow and succeed in a fast-changing digital economy.

She highlighted investment in people through strong culture, learning, mentoring, internal mobility, flexible career pathways, and leadership development, as key drivers of long-term success. Windle’s participation reinforces the company’s belief that developing the next generation of technology talent requires intentional action, not just aspiration.

Jennifer Owens, Research & Development Platform Services Architect at TechnologyOne, demonstrates the impact of internal mobility. Since joining as a graduate in 2013, she has progressed across multiple areas of the business and now works on the company’s Agentic AI platform Plus, showcasing how development and flexibility drive lasting careers. She shared her story with Vogue Australia.
