The Employer of Choice award honours organisations that excel in unlocking the full potential of their people through outstanding recruitment, engagement, and retention strategies.

TechnologyOne also secured the Community Contribution Award, celebrating the significant impact of TechnologyOne’s Foundation.

Established in 2016, the Foundation is a multimillion-dollar annual commitment to support charities and community organisations that help disadvantaged children and young people create pathways to success. In FY25, the Foundation delivered $1,188,293 in donations and saw employees volunteer 6,918 hours to support community initiatives.

As part of the Foundation’s global Pledge 1% movement, TechnologyOne donates 1% of profit, product, and time to the community—providing employees with 2.5 days of volunteer leave each year and contributing 1% of new annual recurring revenue and net profit after tax to charitable causes.
