TechnologyOne’s revolutionary Agentic AI product, Plus, is rewriting the rules of enterprise software - before it even hits the market.
In just 3 months since its announcement, more than 20 customers across local government and other sectors have signed on, eager to harness its transformative power from February 2026.
Edward Chung, CEO of TechnologyOne, said, “We expected Plus to be the fastest uptake of any product in our history, and our customers' response since its announcement has justified that confidence.”
As TechnologyOne’s 20th product, Plus integrates Agentic AI capability across the TechnologyOne database, paired with a natural language input. Users can ask questions - spoken or written - and instantly access insights drawn from all the products in their TechnologyOne system.
Plus was announced in October 2025 and will be included in the next regular update to all customers, from February 2026, requiring no implementation effort or training for users.
“We said Plus would transform the global ERP market by making the full power of an ERP available to users in a way never imagined by industry. It is clear our customers are seeing its value and potential,” Mr Chung said.
“Customers across Australia, New Zealand and the UK are signing up to leverage Plus to transform the way they interact with their ERP and the operating efficiency benefits it can bring to their organisations as soon as they can. It’s creating huge momentum ahead of February’s product rollout with early industry feedback,” Mr Chung said.
Helena Williams General Manager, Delivery and Enablement at New Plymouth District Council, said, “We’re excited about what Plus AI could mean for us - more efficiency, less admin, and many more hours to focus on delivering real outcomes for our community.”
Alan Adcock, General Manager Corporate, Whangarei District Council, said, “It’s a great leap towards our vision of information systems giving us a complete, real-time single source of truth, available on any device, anywhere.”
Brandon Howard, Interim Director Organisational Performance, Melton City Council, said, “It’s pretty impressive. It’s amazing what Plus can do and the way that it’s going to revolutionise the work that we do.”
“This confirms we’ve achieved our goal - AI that is secure by design and delivers immediate return on investment to our customers,” Mr Chung said.
