TechnologyOne (ASX: TNE), Australia’s largest enterprise Software as a Service company, has been named on Forbes Asia’s Best Under A Billion 2026 list. The prestigious annual ranking celebrates 200 of the Asia-Pacific region’s highest performing publicly listed companies with annual revenue under US$1 billion.

The recognition places TechnologyOne among an elite group of companies acknowledged for delivering sustained growth, strong financial performance and long-term shareholder value amid a challenging global economic environment. Forbes selected the 2026 cohort from more than 19,000 publicly traded companies across the Asia-Pacific region. Companies were assessed using a range of measures including debt, sales growth, earnings per share growth and return on equity.

TechnologyOne Chief Executive Officer Ed Chung said the recognition reflects the company's unwavering focus on innovation, customer success and long-term sustainable growth.

“Being recognised by Forbes Asia as one of the region’s Best Under A Billion companies is a significant achievement and a testament to the strength of our strategy, our people and our products.

“For nearly four decades, we have remained focused on helping organisations transform through industry-leading, purpose-built enterprise software. Today, more than 1,300 organisations trust TechnologyOne to power some of their most critical services, and this recognition highlights the impact we continue to make across Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

“As we continue to invest in AI, innovation and our global SaaS+ platform, we remain focused on creating long-term value for our customers, communities, employees and shareholders.”

TechnologyOne joins a list that Forbes said is increasingly dominated by companies benefiting from rapid technological change and the global AI boom, with software and technology-related businesses representing a significant share of this year’s honourees.

Founded in Brisbane in 1987, TechnologyOne has grown into an ASX Top 100 company and a leading enterprise SaaS provider, serving councils, universities, government agencies, healthcare organisations and businesses across Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. The company’s industry-leading customer retention rate of more than 99% and its unique Power of One model continue to differentiate it in the market.

The Forbes Asia recognition follows a series of recent milestones for TechnologyOne, including its induction into the Queensland Business Leaders Hall of Fame, recognising the company's nearly four decades of Australian innovation, digital sovereignty and community impact.

Forbes Asia’s Best Under A Billion list is now in its 25th year and highlights 200 publicly listed Asia-Pacific companies with revenues between US$10 million and US$1 billion that have demonstrated consistent top and bottom-line growth.
