TechnologyOne strengthens local government leadership with Merri-bek partnership

TechnologyOne is proud to have been chosen as the partner to deliver Merri-bek City Council’s transformation program, helping the council deliver services faster, engage more effectively, and enable its 1,200 staff to connect more closely with the more than 180,000-strong community.

Underpinned by TechnologyOne’s SaaS+ OneCouncil solution the project will modernise Merri-bek's core and deploy the customer-facing Digital Experience Platform for Local Government (DxP LG) system.

Merri-bek City Council selected TechnologyOne following an extensive market review to replace multiple ageing legacy platforms that had reached end of life.

The process identified TechnologyOne as the best fit for the Council's needs to best serve the customers and residents of Merri-bek.

Merri-bek joins a growing list of marquee councils across Australia and New Zealand — including Central Coast Council, Yarra City Council, and Wagga Wagga City Council — that have partnered with TechnologyOne to modernise services and strengthen digital capabilities in the past year.
